This patient had a rhinoplasty and chin implant performed elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the bridge was over-resected, the nostils and tip turned up, and the chin implant was totally unnecessary. He required a bone graft to elevate the bridge; the implant was removed.

Another example of a bad 'nose job' that required a reconstructive procedure. To correct the over resection of the nasal tip, ear cartilage grafts were placed. In addition, narrowing of the bony base created a more natural appearance.
