This is a 72 year old patient who has had a corrective facelift, including upper and lower eyelid surgery. A temporal lift was added to elevate her uneven drooping brows. (Several years earlier, she had had unsatisfactory surgery by an another surgeon that resulted in swag lines of the neck and an unnatural appearance in front of the ear.)

This 75 year old patient required two procedures. It was not possible to remove all of the redundant skin and maintain a natural appearance in one operation. The facelifts were done one year apart.
