This is a seventeen year old who had a rhinoplasty and chin implant.
Sculpting of the nasal contour gave her a beautiful result and the chin implant added dynamic symmetry to her lovely face.
The after photo was taken six days following surgery, demonstrating the technique used to reduce post-operative bruising and swelling, which includes the elimination of unnecessary nasal packing.
